From Rte. 1, take a sharp left onto Portland St., then a right and continue until you see the gym building with an anchor sign. You can park anywhere in front of that building. Enter through the door on the right of the building, and wait in the waiting room. There are restrooms in the active recovery area, and you may help yourself to the beverage station.
